Try this one called the Hula Hoop:
Stand with legs and feet apart, knees slightly bent. Rotate your lower body as if using a hula hoop. Repeat 10 times in each direction. If you are unable to stand, modify it by sitting with a straight back in a chair and rotate the hips first in one direction and then the other.
