There is a form of exercise, which Edgar Cayce recommeded to aid the lymph system.  He believed everyone over the age of 29 should practice these daily........
 
In less than 15 minutes per day, these gentle and low impact exercises help move the lymphatic  system, aiding in  flexibility, improving strength and preventing loss of body and mind functions associated with physical inactivity.  A form of yoga, it is appropriate for people of all ages, and physical conditions.
  
Try this one called the Hula Hoop:
 
Stand with legs and feet apart, knees slightly bent.  Rotate your lower body as if using a hula hoop.  Repeat 10 times in each direction.  If you are unable to stand, modify it by sitting with a straight back in a chair and rotate the hips first in one direction and then the other.
