Emily is a certified Trager (R) Movement practitioner and Yoga Instructor (ERYT). She has taught over 3,400 hours of yoga. A member of the International Yoga Therapist Association, Emily combines her passion and knowledge of movement with meditation, sound, breath, energy and Edgar Cayce healing concepts. An EFT(R) practitioner and a Reiki Master Teacher, Emily has used natural and holistic healing methods since 1994 while healing herself from chronic back pain. Since, she has practiced sound nutrition, yoga, meditation, chi gung, tai chi and other movement therapies to remain in optimum health.

Emily is a regular presenter at RISE. In the past she has also presented and facilitated workshops for the Phoenix Nurses Association, The Weaver's Guild, Peoria's Women's Group and Edgar Cayce Retreats.
